We will! You will have an appointed claims technician to handle your claims from start to finish. What's more, in 2010 Knowlden Titlow Insurance Brokers Ltd, now One Broker Ltd, won the prestigious Insurance Age award for 'claims service of the year'*, so you can be sure you are in safe hands.
We would expect you to receive all documentation within 21 days of policy inception including a Knowlden Titlow 'Register of Insurance' summarising the policy cover.
We will contact you 6 to 8 weeks prior to the renewal date to discuss policy changes and arrange a meeting with our Account Executive if appropriate.
Simply provide us with your renewal date and contact details and one of our Account Executives will contact you nearer the time.
No. Your policy cover will be subject to a simple 'Statement of Fact' which will outline the information on which your quotation & policy will be based.
